Actress Kangana Ranaut is leaving no stone unturned to get into the skin of her character in Rangoon. She will soon be seen travelling in a vintage car as a run-up to the forthcoming film, a period drama set against the backdrop of the Second World War.
The actress will be seen in the vintage ride, everywhere she travels, be it for her work commitments or her personal routine. She will be using it throughout the month.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment along with Viacom18 Motion Pictures, Rangoon is set to hit the screens on February 24.
Nadiadwala said in a statement: "Rangoon has a lot of British influence since the movie is based in 1940. Our Jaanbaaz Julia is a 1940s diva in her own right and Kangana is leaving no stone unturned to get into the skin of her character.
"In keeping up with the movie's vintage feel, she will be seen travelling in a classic four-wheeler — a vintage car."
Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the film also stars Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor.
The audience will get to see Kangana playing the role of an actress, Saif, a filmmaker and Shahid, a soldier.
